Position/Title: Sales Associate

Location: 260 N. Maine Street, Fallon, NV 89406

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Kent’s Supply Center, Inc. is a privately held company that has been in business since 1892 with one retail store that carries lumber, building materials, hardware, and feed in Fallon, NV. We are seeking an experienced front counter salesperson with a sales background and an animal feed and care background.

Job Description:

Learn the products carried in stock and those related that are special order to assist the customer in a professional and knowledge manner. To understand, learn, and follow the policy, procedures, and guidelines for operating computer and working in team like productive manner.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding and learning all functions of the computer
• High regards for quality customer service in line with company expectations both in house & on the phone
• Understanding and following through with all floor responsibilities such as Stocking, cleaning, merchandising and ordering of merchandise
• Maintaining good use of time and result driven
• Accountable for all actions

• Ability to work independently and under pressure with multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment with ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Competent computer skills
• Self-motivated, self-starter who proactively seeks out solutions yet is a team player
